Events will take place at the EBRD Headquarters, the NatWest Conference Centre, the Guildhall and etc.venues, 155 Bishopsgate. The first two venues are located within close proximity to each other. Guildhall is a 15 minutes walk away. 

The EBRD 2020 Business Forum will take place at the EBRD Headquarters and NatWest Conference Centre. The Opening Session of the Board of Governors and the first Networking Lunch will take place at the Guildhall. EBRD Institutional Closed Sessions will take place at etc.venues, 155 Bishopsgate.

The nearest underground and national rail station to the EBRD Headquarters is Liverpool Street Station. The nearest underground station to the Guildhall is Bank station.

Please check the Transport for London web site at to plan your journey and get the latest updates on any delays or line closures. 

The Reception for All Participants will take place at the Museum of London on Wednesday 13 May from 18:30 onwards.

Badged and non-badged participants should enter via Bishopsgate entrance.

Registration will only be possible at the EBRD HQ. No new registrations will be carried out at any other venue.

Food and Drink

The Networking Lunch on Wednesday will take place at the Guildhall. The Networking Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday will take place at the EBRD. 

The Networking Breakfast and Lunches are complimentary and open to all Annual Meeting participants.

♻️ Networking lunches will be served buffet style which reduces the amount of leftover food. During registration, participants will be asked if they are planning to attend the lunches. This information will allow us to better calculate catering quantities.



Security will be strictly enforced in all the Annual Meeting venues. To ensure the safety of all participants, security badges must be displayed at all times in the venues. Under no circumstances should your security badge be lent to another participant. At the venues' entrances, participants will be required to pass through security checks and to have their belongings screened and, if necessary, searched.


Accessibility and Assistance

The recommended taxi drop off points are on Appold Street and Primrose Street. Lifts are available from street level to Exchange Square from both points. 

Access to our main reception from One Exchange Square is via a lift located inside the large green arch (behind the bronze statue). 

Please note the 175 Bishopsgate entrance is not fully accessible.

The closest step-free public transport options are Liverpool Street or Shoreditch High Street (visit the TFL website for more information).
